BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, SHOPPING OR OTHERWISE USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS USER AGREEMENT.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY CEASE YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
 

1. You affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Mr. Nangs reserve the right to delay or cancel any purchase made through this website for the purpose of verifying the age and identity of you, the purchaser.
 

2. You understand that the gas contained inside whipped cream chargers is nitrous oxide. by purchasing on our website you  ‘agree’, you affirm that you are not purchasing any of our products for the purpose of inhaling nitrous oxide. inhaling nitrous oxide may cause serious injury to your lungs, as well as irreversible damage to your health, including death. by clicking ‘agree’, you affirm that Mr. Nangs is not liable for injuries or deaths caused to anyone, regardless of age, by the misuse of any products sold on this website. 3. You agree that it is the responsibility of you, the purchaser, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to possession and use of any product sold on this website. mrnangs.com.au assume no liability associated with the possession and use of any product sold on this website. 
 

4. You agree that you do not intend to misuse any of our products or supply any of our products to anyone under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We reserve the right to refuse to sell any of our products to any person who we believe is under the age of 18, or who we believe intends to misuse our products. 
 

5. Shipping & Delivery 

5.1 The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order, except that some deliveries are not made outside of NSW.  

5.2 Orders placed anytime will be dellivered within an hour or if not we will contact you with the delivery time accordingly.

5.3 If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the Supplier´s control the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.    

5.4 If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations the Supplier shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the goods to the Supplier. Should you fail to return the goods, the Supplier reserves the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by the Supplier in retrieving the goods as a result of such failure.   

5.6 Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, the Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, the Supplier will inform you of any delay as soon as possible and will give you the option of cancelling your order at this point.  

5.7 All items are dispatched uninsured with authority to leave. If you require insurance or signature on delivery please call 0404933619 for a quote on additional costs  

5.8 Please Note Delivery times given are only an estimate and not a guarantee.  These are met over 95% of the time, in the unfortunate event your item is delayed we will not be held responsible for any loss caused. Around busy time please allow extra time.  
 

6. By purchasing from our site you agree that in the event you cancel your order within an hour of purchasing a merchant processing fee will apply. 
 

7. You agree that, to the fullest extent permissible by law, Mr. Nangs disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Mr. Nangs do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information contained on this website.
 

8. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mr. Nangs from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your purchase from Mrnangs.com.au
 

9. If you use this website to submit purchases for or on behalf of a 3rd party (“3rd Party”), you are responsible for any error in the accuracy of information provided in connection with such use. In addition, you agree to inform the 3rd Party of all terms and conditions applicable to purchases made through this website. 
 

10. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and those terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”) between you and each Covered Party relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this website. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired.
 

11. The internal laws of the State of NSW shall govern the performance of these Terms and Conditions, without regard to such state’s conflicts of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in NSW for all disputes arising out of, or relating to, the Terms and Conditions and use of this website.      
 

Terms of Sale  

Mr. Nangs is professional in Hospitality Industry, our Main bushiness is for selling hospitality related product especially for whipped cream whipper and whipped cream chargers. Also our products are only sold to companies with food natural and the company’s ABN under food industry or grocery.  All products in Mr. Nangs are not for sale to under 18’s. You need to pass the age verification before ordering, and we will check your ID before we delivery the orders.    
 

OVER 18's ONLY: 

 This product is not for sale to under 18's.  Resellers please ensure your customers are over 18.   
 

MISUSE:  

Misuse of a product is dangerous, harmful to your health and illegal. Do not Inhale gas! The cream chargers should only be used with approved Whipped Cream Dispensers and Multi-Use Dispensers. No other devices are authorized. Whipped Cream Chargers are for Food and Beverage preparation only. We will refuse to sell Nitrous Oxide (N2O) Cream Charger to you if we suspect you intend to misuse them or are under 18.  If you are concerned that someone you know maybe at risk of Nitrous Oxide abuse or misuse, please contact us immediately.  Nitrous Oxide will NOT be delivered to the following places:  - University Halls of Residence  - Colleges  - Schools  - Hospitals   
 

RECYCLING：  

Gas cartridges are not refillable. They are made with 100% recyclable steel. They are safe to put in with your tin cans etc for collection. Please do not dispose of unused cartridges


Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. This may include passing your details to our vendors for them to send your order to you, and also passing your details to delivery companies so that they can deliver your parcel.

  • credit/debit card details (Mr. Nangs does not store credit card numbers, the information is collected by our merchant gateway EWAY)

You can check the information that we hold about you by visiting our “Accounts Settings” page once you login or by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside Australia we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way cannot be used to identify you.

SECURITY

Mr. Nangs takes precautions to protect its customers’ information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software currently available in the industry – SSL, with full PCI DSS compliance provided by our payment gateway EWAY.

Access to all of our users’ information is restricted. We operate in a secured and locked facility that requires all employees to check in and wear valid ID badges. Security cameras are positioned throughout the building in conjunction with multiple alarm systems. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. We do not store your financial information in our system so for future transactions, you will be required to re-enter your information.
 

All Mr. Nangs servers, including web servers and database servers, are housed and maintained in secure locations. Access to the database is strictly monitored and protected from outside access. Internet access is restricted and protected by multiple Checkpoint and Cisco firewalls and password protection. The servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secured environment, inside a secured and locked room. All backups are stored and locked in a high-level security room. Only personnel with proper security clearance have access to these restricted areas. Tape backups are not permitted to leave the premises without prior authorisation.

All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, in addition to any time a new policy is added, Mr. Nangs employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance of privacy and what they can do to ensure that customers’ information remains protected at all times.

REFUND POLICY

 If something mistakes, damaged, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.*

 

  • Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.

  • We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

 

Please keep in mind the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs; this applies to buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.

How to Return an Item

 

  • Click to Contact us page and begin by entering your detail, email address and the reason for the return.

  • Our team will start to process your request once they received the email.

  • We will also send you a return confirmation via email that includes your return label and return instructions.

  • After we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to be released back to the original method of payment.
